About the virtual roadshows
The Nottinghamshire Virtual Roadshow was developed because Covid lockdowns meant we had to cancel the live shows. Trevor and Bryan had spent time planning and organising the 2020 shows which we all know had to be cancelled, so after giving it some thought they came up with the idea of a ‘virtual show’ and emailed stallholders asking if they wanted to put together a short video about their services so they could be seen on our YouTube channel.
There are around 80 videos on the channel. They cover a wide range of subjects. These subjects include, advocacy, shaping services, community grants, Healthwatch, health and wellbeing, mental health, support groups, learning disability services, dementia support and many more including videos posted by the NHS as well as the local authority.
