The Caring Roadshows offer your organisation an increased ability to connect with the local community. 

Conditions to be a stallholder:

All advice and signposting provided on the day is free of charge.

No financial transactions are to take place at the show.

No fundraising is allowed.

Appointments can be made to follow up enquiries.

Any charges made for follow up services need to be explained.

All stallholders will be asked to keep a record of the types of conversations they have or referrals they make. 

All stallholders must keep their stall open for the full 4 hours. 

All stallholders must have up to date Public Liability Insurance.
